Ativo offers Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Kripalu yoga classes to appeal to a wide audience.
In addition we also offer specialty classes including Yoga for Pregnancy, Yoga for Back Pain, Yoga for Ostoeporosis and Yoga for Runners and Cyclists. All classes hold a maximum of 5-6 people and pre-registration is required.
